Whether you are new or returning family, welcome to a new school year! We are excited to have you in the Trussville City Schools family and are proud of our students, teachers administrators, and families as our school system continues to grow and strive for excellence each year.
The Trussville City Schools Foundation (“TCSF”) is a nonprofit organization that raises money to supports our three elementary schools, middle school, and high school through three annual events, corporate sponsorships, and community donations. These funds cover supplies and programs beyond the minimum requirements set by the state-requested by our parents and educators to support the development of our students and schools. In the past, these funds have been used to purchase:
- Computer & iPad
- Braille books
- Elmo projectors
- An environmental education center
- Library books
- Exercise equipment for P.E. classes
- Robotics equipment
- Professional development programs for faculty
- Supplies to aid in schools’ COVID response
- Instruments for band & music classes
- NOVA science probes
- Foreign language class supplies
- Sensory room
We are excited to continue for the third year, a fundraising opportunity for Trussville City Schools families called Join the Pack. We are asking families to consider giving $1 per school day, or $180 total, to Join the Pack and support TCSF. 100% of your donation will go to TCSF to support our schools. Families who Join the Pack for this school year will receive a yard sign or car magnet to show their support for TCSF.
