Melissa Walker is the Event Manager of the Trussville Area Chamber of Commerce.
Melissa grew up in Pinson and graduated from Pinson Valley High School. She attended the University of Alabama at Birmingham where she earned a Bachelor of Arts degree with a concentration in Social Psychology.
Melissa’s previous experience includes organizing team-building events, parties, and meetings. She has also been instrumental in the coordination of many community, school, and church events as a volunteer.
Melissa has been married to John Walker for 27 years. They have two daughters, Maleah and Lacey. Maleah attends Samford University and Lacey attends The University of Alabama. She has been a resident of Trussville for seventeen years. Melissa enjoys photography, spending time with family, and serving at First Baptist Church Trussville.
